uplifting-To make students happy about being in class or to just be uplifting toward students when they are upset or something hard in there lives is going on.

loyal-To be a safe place to the students. That if something is going on they can come and talk to you about it and they can trust you to not saying anything to anyone else.
accepting-Everyone is different so you have to be open hearted to everyone that walks into your classroom.

encouraging-If a student think they are to stupid to understand something you have to be able to say encouraging things to get them to understand that they got this.
